Refund and Returns

If you are unstatisfied with your purchase for any reaason, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.  THe item must be in the original packaging, be undamaged upon our insprection when received and not be missing any parts or packing. 
 

We only accept returns when freight is prepaid and the parcel is clearly marked with a Canadian Choices Authorization for return number on it, which can be obtained by contacting us directly to arrange a return.  Refunds for returns and for agreed upon unsatisfied customers where we chose not to request a return, will be processed within 7 days and a full credit for the original purchase price including freight, wil be applied to the original credit card account used for payment.

Should we deem the return freight cost as reasonable, we will also reimburse our client for the cost to return items, if the cause of said return is the fault of CanadianChoicesCompanyLtd, CCC.

Shipping Process

Most of our orders are shipped via Fedex ground courier or Canada Post. Delivery times vary based on your location, as does shipping cost.  IF different than the posted shipping rate due to a rural location or product dimenion / weight issues, we will contact the buyer prior to shipping to confirm actual cost and gain approval before shipment.

Custom artwork will vary from photos and examples shown on our webiste and the buyer should understand such differences are what make each piece of unique art, well...unique.
